Task 2 Deliverable, Part 2

Part II.

Whenever we complete a main project or task we must share and reflect. The Debrief is an activity that you will complete following the completion of a task.  Recall that Principal Akano tasked all new teachers at Ala Ike school with being on a committee with other new hires and the second task was for each person to select and share a web 2.0 software tool?

In your Blog please reflect and respond to the following:

• Having completed this review of a web 2.0 tool would you use this tool in your classroom?
• Prior to this activity, how did you typically select website or tools to use?
• Do you have any ideas, comments or feedback on improving the web 2.0 tool selection process?

For my classroom, I would use Twitter just so my students can keep updated with certain groups of people, community information, the news worldwide, and keeping their connection to the real world while learning in the classroom. Before this activity, I can honestly say i didn't know as much about web 2.0 tools. I work at a preschool, and we don't use online technology in our classrooms. But it was a great way to learn about the tools so i can further help my understanding of teaching with technology. I really enjoyed learning about the web tools, and how they work.
